I'm appalled that you are appalled. I love how this person says that I am responsible for "exploiting" these females and posting their pictures in a "degrading" and "disrespectful" manner. Yet, are they not the ones that are posing willingly for a camera with their tops off covering their breasts? I'm sure no one had a gun to their heads. They obviously knew what they were doing. If anyone is "degrading", "disrespectful" and "exploiting" these females, it's the photographer. Welcome to the internet! As the saying goes, if you don't want your pictures on the web, why upload them?

Note: This guy's girlfriend emailed me requesting her images be removed. She was very nice about it, which is always a positive thing to see. I then received an email from the girls boyfriend who was also somewhat nice, BUT... some of his comments were rather amusing, so why not post his email? Not sure what he meant about getting in trouble for my comments on here. Afterall, as I said in my response to G man, this is a free Country (well, supposedly we are led to believe that, so I guess anything is possible). I have the Freedom to say what I want on this page. I do not defame anyone, they defame themselves. Also, I try my best not to 'slam' people and be respectful ( I did say "I try" :) ). I was kidding about the $500 an hour for Lawyers too, what I really meant was $1500 an hour. Ok ok, I KEED! And finally, "invasion of privacy"? Maybe if I planted a camera in her toilet bowl, then yes - I could get my ass in trouble. But I'm not invading anyone's privacy at all, esp. when someone uploads their photo's to the internet. If they want to be PRIVATE about their images, do not upload them to the internet. Infact, do not take them at all. Other than that, G man was pretty cool and I hope he continues to enjoy my site. You have a really cute gf as well, so be HAPPY and show her off - why not! you are only young once in your lifetime!

I did remove the images in question, as I always do. I don't have a disclaimer on the site just for the hell of it. I actually follow what I preach in the fine print. The only thing I wish is for people to stop threatening me with legal action thinking it's going to do anything. Do people really think that lawyers come cheap? The lawyer is going to do the exact same thing that these individuals did, send me a threatening letter giving me a certain amount of time to remove the images. But the difference will be that I won't understand all the lawyer gibberish. You aren't suppose to understand it of course, that's what lawyers are for. Bottom line is this. If you want to sue me, go right a head, I don't mind paying my team of Jewish lawyers $500 an hour to rip your asshole a part in court. (damn, there's that cocky side coming out again). I'm done for the night and disappointed Oscar De la Hoya lost against Hopkins. Regardless, he's still a champ!

I don't know why people feel the need to threaten me in such a manner. I mean, I don't willingly upload underage girls to the site. The two images of this subject were pretty tame compared to what I have seen on underage NN model paysites. I have no problems removing images at all, as I have said time in and time again. Simply email me, I will remove the images - done, all parties hopefully happy. I guess people feel the need to threaten me to get something done - that is not the case. Now you guys know why I shut down the NN POW, too many complaints - just not worth

If there is a URL on an image from another site, it will not be used. Obviously if someone puts their URL on an image(s), that means it was exclusive to their site or taken by them and is copyrighted. We don't want any trouble - so please don't send in such images.

MY COMMENTS: Is this a bullshit email? Or is this an email that contains some warrant? Hard to say. From the people I spoke to, they have mentioned it's just a scare tactic. I am not worrying about anything, because I know what I am doing is not illegal. If I am providing images of underage girls clothed, is that illegal? How can someone say such and such an image is sexual, when you have thousands of people with varying opinions on images visiting the site. One person may look at the image and just be wow'd, while another may jerk off to it. Who then is to say that the images are all sexual in nature. You can't. If I'm going down for running such a site, then what is law enforcement going to do about camgirls that are underage charging to view their "members-only" area?
